Post Natal Therapist

Terbahagi kepada beberapa bahagian sebelum housecall di rumah customer:

Sebelum treatment:

  • Hubungi customer sebelum discharge dari hospital untuk confirmkan date
  • Hubungi customer sebelum datang
  • Sediakan dan bawa barang-barang yang diperlukan

Semasa treatment:

  • Buat rawatan kepada customer
  • Ikut kaedah urutan yang sudah diajar
  • Ikut SOP yang sudah ditetapkan
  • Pastikan barang-barang berfungsi
  • Ajar dan terangkan pada customer tentang anatomi badan yang perlu diketahui
  • Berkelakuan baik sepanjang rawatan

Selepas treatment:

  • Pastikan jobsheet diisi dengan lengkap
  • Pastikan customer sign jobsheet tersebut
  • Maklumkan ofis housecall sudah selesai

Ciri-ciri seperti berikut:

  • Calon mestilah mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy.
  • Kelebihan pada graduan UiTM / UIA / IIUM / PICOMS
  • Fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu
  • Kelebihan jika fasih Bahasa Inggeris
  • Boleh bermula dengan segera
  • Bersedia bekerja pada hujung minggu.
  • Bersedia untuk belajar mengenai post-natal
  • Bersedia melakukan housecall
  • Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri (Kereta / motor)

Operation Assistant (Admin Support)

As part of the operation team, just run the routine day-to-day operational matters smoothly.

Job responsibilities

  • To assign selected therapist to customer
  • To plan therapist schedule, according to customer booking
  • To monitor on-going job, day-to-day basis
  • To process therapist’s payment
  • Other things related to therapist management
  • Like admin support and customer service

Job requirements

  • Possess own transport
  • Pleasant personalities
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Exposure in health and wellness is an added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduate? No problem.
  • But 1-2 years experience in operations and customer service or operations is an added advantage
  • Lots of self-drive with a motivation and desire to succeed.

  • Strong conversational and rapport-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Numerate, analytical, with good attention to detail

Kelayakan:

  • Mempunyai sijil Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3 dalam Urut Terapi
  • Kelebihan jika mempunyai sijil Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 4 dalam Urut Terapeutik & Penjagaan
  • Kelebihan jika mempunyai Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 4 atau Tahap 5 dalam Penjagaan Ibu Selepas Bersalin
  • Boleh dipertimbangkan jika ada Sijil Terapi Kecantikan dan Spa
  • Sangat dialu-alukan jika ada Diploma in Physiotheraphy (Diploma dalam Fisioterapi) dan pernah bekerja sebagai Physioterapist

Keperluan Kerja:

  • Mempunyai skil komunikasi yang baik.
  • Perempuan Melayu sahaja.
  • Mempunyai pemikiran yang positif.
  • Berumur 25 – 45 tahun.
  • Pengalaman dalam bidang urutan bersalin minimum selama 2 tahun
  • Boleh mengikut prosedur operasi standard (SOP) syarikat.
  • Sekiranya tiada pengalaman, boleh memasuki kelas latihan yang kami sediakan

Tanggungjawab dan tugas kerja:

  • Menyediakan mandian herba untuk ibu bersalin
  • Urut bersalin
  • Bertangas
  • Lulurkan badan ibu bersalin
  • Bertungku
  • Menyediakan param, pilis, tapel
  • Memakaikan bengkung.
  • Memandikan bayi
  • Memakaikan bayi baju, barut, dan mengurut bayi.
  • Menuam bayi.
  • Menyediakan masakan berpantang.
  • Menghantar jobsheet setelah kerja selesai.
  • Sentiasa memaklumkan kepada pihak pengurusan.
